Great experience. We brought my cousin's SUV in for a second opinion after visiting another big name collision shop and the difference was night and day. Gerber's damage assessment was far more thorough. They caught several damaged parts the other shop completely missed and manager clearly explained exactly what was wrong with the electrical components and suspension parts. Their honesty and attention to detail made us feel so much more confident moving forward. Highly recommend getting a second opinion here before trusting another shop.

They were great. I had an issue with some previous work done by a different company and they did a great job fixing the paint issue on my car. I went in one week and they had my car in the shop and fixed the next week.

Horribly experience. Poor quality checks and mechanical skills. Was involved in an auto-collision accident on my driver side door. Throughout the auto-collision repair time, they were great with keeping me updated (hence the 2 stars). Only deficiency I found was that they had a horrible initial screening when it came to figuring out what all was wrong with my car and how much it would be. Took all of maybe 5 minutes (I will get into this later). Vehicle came back to me sooner than expected, now with a scratched driver side window and my instrument panel brightness not working properly. Door is also not lined up as it should be (pictures will show you the comparison between driver and passenger side door alignment) I contacted the shop in regard to my window and instrument panel brightness. They had replaced my window and tint but claimed no responsibility for the instrument panel brightness because it had “nothing to do with the door and its repair”, leaving me to fix it out of pocket. This leads to why I had mentioned that they have a poor initial screening. Again, my panel brightness went into the shop fine, but now is faulty after repairs were done. The point I am trying to

What a horrible experience we have had at this location in Killeen Texas they couldn't even fix our car the first time right then sat there a month before they even told us it was fixed when we went to pick it up we refused to take it because of the workmanship done by them at 2882 E. Veterans memorial Blvd in Killeen Texas our insurance company is no longer dealing with them and we are taking it to another repair shop to get fixed correctly Jason the manager at this place is very rude and was mad at us because of the work they did on the vehicle were a military family and it's sad how they just take advantage of our military people they still owe us money for a rental car and still haven't even paid us for that bill. Our platoon is aware of the services that they have given us and all the stress we have put up with this car went to them in May of 2024 and still hasn't been fixed because they now are refusing to fix it a second time and that's fine by us because they couldn't even fix it right the first time they have lost our business and also a lot of business Fort Hood also. It's almost August now.

My first time coming in here, the ladies were really nice. Seeing that I came on Women's Day. Woo hoo🫡 I'm took our truck here because I got hit at the beginning of the year, and so they're gonna fix our bumper, so I will post pictures after the truck is out😉
